1. Retainer Structure & Pricing

A month-to-month production retainer for AI-assisted rendering services.

 

• Base Retainer: RM2,250 / RM5850 (based on tier) is billed on monthly cycle, invoiced prior to commencement to secure slot.

• Included Allocation: 5 views / 15 views (based on tier) high-resolution (4K) renders per billing cycle.

• Additional Volume: Renders beyond allocation billed at RM450 / RM390 (based on tier) per render at end of cycle.

• Rollover Policy: Unused renders roll over for up to two (2) months, even if the retainer is cancelled.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of the issued date.

2. Operation & Scheduling

• Cut-off Time: Submit complete files and briefs to the designated shared folder by 11:00 AM (MYT) and notify via WhatApp group for next-day delivery. Submissions after 11:00 AM default to a 2-day turnaround.

• Batching: Submissions exceeding five (5) renders in a single day will have excess views queued to the next working day.

• Communication: All briefs, file transfers, and revision notes managed via designated shared cloud folder and WhatsApp.

 

3. Client Inputs & Technical Requirements

Visualizations are generated from Client-provided geometry only. No 3D modelling or model alterations are performed by the Provider.

 

• Base Files: Minimum 4K screenshots from SketchUp, Revit, etc. The Provider may request raw model files as reference and may recommend perspective adjustments to optimise the render.

• Material Cues: Base models must have materials / proxy colour pre-assigned. Provider may suggest and recommend improvements to optimize the render.

• Art Direction: Mood boards or reference images are welcome. If none are provided, the Provider will apply professional creative discretion.

4. Revisions & Workflow Tolerances

• Included Revisions: Each render includes up to two (2) rounds of standard refinements (lighting, materials, minor element changes). Standard revisions will be processed and delivered next day after receiving consolidated feedback.

• Additional Revisions: A third (3rd) round of revisions, and any subsequent rounds, will incur an additional fee of RM100 per revision round.

• Geometry Changes: A new 3D screenshot resulting from a design change or camera shift constitutes a new render, not a revision.

• AI Output Tolerances: This service uses AI-assisted workflows optimised for conceptual speed. Pixel-perfect accuracy on specific furniture, textures, or fine architectural details is not 100% guaranteed.

 

5. Term & Cancellation

• Cancellation: Either party may cancel with written notice (email or WhatsApp, with acknowledgement of receipt) prior to the next billing cycle.

• Reactivation: Cancelling releases your reserved production slot. Future reactivation is subject to availability and updated pricing.

• Provider Exit: The Provider may terminate with 1 month written notice. Any unused prepaid renders will be fulfilled or refunded pro-rata.

 

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership and commercial usage rights of the final renders.

• Portfolio Rights: The Provider will request Client’s permission before using any renders in its portfolio and marketing materials.
